Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Because our products are personal body-care items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
